By completing the sign-up form at app.procurement-gigs.com/checkout and checking the SMS consent box (also offered during account setup and on your Membership page), you expressly agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from ProcurementGigs. These messages include:

• Job opportunity alerts matched to your stated spend category, work type, and career level
• Account notifications and service updates

Message frequency will vary based on available job listings. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. • Employers, when you express interest in a specific role, we share your profile with the posting employer.
• Other members, only when you both agree, if you offer employer insights and accept another member's request, or ask for insights and a member accepts, we introduce you both by email with your name, title and email address. We never share your mobile number with other members.
• Service providers, including Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Supabase (database hosting), solely to operate the platform.
• Legal requirements, if required by law or to protect our rights.
