Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProcurementGigs platform ("Service") operated by ProcurementGigs ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

ProcurementGigs is a subscription-based SMS job alert platform connecting procurement and supply chain professionals with relevant employment opportunities. Members receive curated job alert text messages matched to their stated category, work type, and career level.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. SMS Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on the sign-up form at app.procurement-gigs.com/checkout or during account setup (or opting in on your Membership page), you enroll in the ProcurementGigs Job Alerts program and expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from ProcurementGigs at the number provided. These messages include job opportunity notifications matched to your profile and account updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact support@procurement-gigs.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Participation in the ProcurementGigs Job Alerts program is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid monthly subscription. Fees are charged at the time of sign-up and automatically renewed each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Member Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Employer Use

Employers who post listings on ProcurementGigs agree to use the platform solely for legitimate employment purposes. Listings must represent genuine, currently available positions. ProcurementGigs reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or that we determine are misleading.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Service are the property of ProcurementGigs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of job listings, or uninterrupted service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProcurementGigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
